DESCRIPTION:The Pillars of Practice – Focusing on the non-clinical aspects. \n\n\n\n\nAdvanced Practice Study Day \nThe Pillars of Practice – Focusing on the non-clinical aspects. \nOverview \nThis study day will focus on the Pillars of Practice\, emphasising the non-clinical aspects. It aims to inspire and motivate trainees and qualified ACPs. Staff will be exposed to aspects of APs’ lives outside of the clinical arena\, with engaging\, stimulating\, educational\, and diverse materials \nLearning objectives \nProvide an opportunity to explore the latest developments and practice of AP\, network \nwithin the community of AP and hear about the visions of the future. \nWhat to expect \n\nAppraisals\nThe current state of play for AP’s\nPractical Considerations\, Advancing Practice In Action\n\nJoin Your Colleagues: \n\nIn-person: Education Centre\, The Christie (easy access via local transport links)\nVirtual: Participate from your workplace\nCatch-up access: 6-month replay available – perfect for busy clinical schedules\n\nAgenda \nTo be confirmed \nPlease note: one livestream ticket purchase is equivalent to one CPD certificate and the name on the ticket will match the one on the booking registration. Where the ‘5 for 4’ ticket option is purchased\, we will contact you directly to ask for the 5 names on the certificates. Further details can be found in our T&C’s further down this page. \nVenue Information \nThe Christie Education Centre is located on the 2nd floor in Dept 17 of the main hospital and can be accessed by stairs or lift. Toilets are also on this floor including an accessible toilet. The auditorium has a hearing loop available and ramp access. A prayer room is available and close by. We want everyone attending our event in person to have the best possible experience.
