DESCRIPTION:Join us on the 23rd April 2026 for the Metastatic Spinal Cord Compression Hybrid Study Day. This event is Hybrid \n\n\n\n\nThe 10th Christie Metastatic Spinal Cord Compression Hybrid Study Day is an opportunity for attendees to better understand how to manage patients with suspected or confirmed metastatic spinal cord compression. \nIntended Audience \nHealth professionals in settings where patients with MSCC may present. This \nincludes doctors at all levels (GPs\, Consultants\, Registrars\, Resident doctors)\, \nRadiologists\, AHPs and Nurses \nWhat to expect \n\nOverview of MSCC\nNICE guidelines updates\nAspects of rehabilitation\nRed flags\nRadiology\nPatient perspective\n… and more\n\nAgenda \nPlease see below \nJoin Your Colleagues: \n\nIn-person: Education Centre\, The Christie (easy access via local transport links)\nVirtual: Participate from your workplace\nCatch-up access: 6-month replay available – perfect for busy clinical schedules\n\nPlease note: one livestream ticket purchase is equivalent to one CPD certificate and the name on the ticket will match the one on the booking registration. Where the ‘5 for 4’ ticket option is purchased\, we will contact you directly to ask for the 5 names on the certificates. Further details can be found in our T&C’s further down this page. \nVenue Information \nThe Christie Education Centre is located on the 2nd floor in Dept 17 of the main hospital and can be accessed by stairs or lift. Toilets are also on this floor including an accessible toilet. The auditorium has a hearing loop available and ramp access. A prayer room is available and close by. We want everyone attending our event in person to have the best possible experience.
