The upgrade includes a Siemens Somatom X.cite CT scanner with faster scan times for improved patient experience, and high‑quality diagnostic imaging with excellent image clarity, and an Elekta EVO Linear Accelerator with advanced image-guided radiotherapy capabilities. The Elekta Evo includes a HexaPOD™ six degrees-of-freedom couch, offering superior sub-millimetre patient positioning accuracy for the treatment of both simple and complex Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SABR), including high-dose treatment delivery.
