This webinar will explore the growing role of lifestyle medicine in breast cancer survivorship, focusing on how evidence-based lifestyle interventions can improve quality of life, reduce recurrence risk and support long-term health.
The session will review the 6 core pillars of lifestyle medicine and introduce findings from a recent 12-week pilot programme delivered within an NHS breast cancer service, which incorporated lifestyle education, behaviour change techniques and group support. Attendees will gain practical insights into designing and delivering lifestyle-based interventions in real-world clinical settings, including integration into existing care pathways.
This session is suitable for oncology clinicians, specialist nurses and allied health professionals interested in implementing more holistic, person-centred approaches to survivorship care.
