UK Oncology Forum 2025

The UK Oncology Forum (UKOF), now entering its 22nd year, will be held in 2025 at the Harrogate Convention Centre. As the UK’s only national, clinically focused, pan-tumour meeting, it serves as a crucial educational event for UK healthcare professionals (HCPs) in oncology. The meeting is hosted post the ASCO 2025 conference. The tumour-specific sessions include vital updates and interesting insights from leading UK clinicians, many have presented or attended the ASCO conference.
Key Features of UKOF 2025:
• Free for NHS Cancer HCPs: The event offers HCPs an opportunity to attend a 2-day face-to-face meeting at no cost

o CPD points (CME accredited by the Royal College of Physicians)

o Access to recorded sessions post-meeting
• Collaborative Environment: UKOF brings together major UK cancer organisations such as the ACP, BOPA, UKONS, SIOG, RADchat, NOTCH, and more. This provides sponsors and industry supporters with a chance to engage with a diverse network of cancer professionals
• Exhibition Space: Cancer organisations can exhibit their work, share patient support initiatives and treatments, and discuss ongoing projects with attendees. Free exhibition space is provided for these groups.
• Clinical Streams and Tumour-Specific Focus: The clinical sessions cover key cancer topics and trends, especially those emerging from ASCO, with sessions led by leading UK tumour experts. All sessions are completely volunteer-based, and there are no honoraria for chairs, speakers, or faculty.
• Compliance and Industry Symposia: UKOF adheres to ABPI and EFPIA codes of conduct, with all industry symposia running outside of the main educational program. Symposia are not CME-accredited.
• Engagement and Innovation: The introduction of “Silent bite-sized” lectures in the exhibition area, which proved popular in 2024, will continue in 2025 to foster interaction between sponsors and attendees.Who Can Attend:
