Aims and objectives:
To inspire and motivate trainees and qualified ACP. Expose staff to aspects of ACP life outside of the clinical arena, engaging in stimulating, educational and diverse material.
Learning outcomes:
Provide an opportunity to explore the latest developments and practice of ACP, network within the community of Trust based ACP’s and hear about the visions of the future.
